2014 - 15
From the Beginning to Building the Future
Founded by Mr. Dhiraj Fachara and Mr. Mahesh Fachara, the company pioneered DHS Plates, DCS Plates, and Leg Screws production and began building a new FDA-compliant facility.
2016
Expansion and Upgrades
Moved to the new facility, upgraded to 5-axis VMC machinery, applied for Indian FDA FORM-28, and launched a Trauma Division.
2017
Certifications and Market Entry
Achieved Indian FDA Form 28, CE, ISO 9001-2015, and ISO 13485-2016 certifications. Officially launched products in India.
2018 - 2019
Global Growth and New Developments
The company added a 3-axis VMC machine, expanded to Intramedullary Nails, upgraded to FDA standards, opened a second unit, and made its first export.
2020
Diversification and Branding
Expanded the product line to include Spine and Maxillofacial products and registered the brand “SPLINT.”
2021
Innovation and Expansion
Introduced Modular Bipolar implants, added more 5-axis VMC and CNC machines, and acquired land for future growth.
2022
New Beginnings
Commenced construction of a new factory and rebranded as SPLINT MEDITEC PVT. LTD.
2023 - Present
New Facilities and Milestones in Full Operation
SPLINT MEDITEC received the MD-5 drug license, relocated to a new facility in May 2023, and operates at full capacity with CNC machines, ensuring top standards for industry needs.
